TIME FOR OUR RANGE IS 09:00 HRS. TO DUSK (MONDAY THRU SATURDAY) AND SUNDAYS
FROM 12:00 HRS. UNTIL DUSK.
THERE IS NO WALK-INS ON THE RANGE.
ALL TIMES ARE BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.
NO EXCEPTIONS MADE PERIOD.
This range is offered strictly for our customers NO ONE
ELSE.

shooting.

LIABILITY
WAIVER
Warning,
Release and Waiver Liability, Assumption of Risk, and Agreement
(and inclusive and also pertaining to Neal and Melissa Seaman
personally)
Please read carefully before signing—This is a release of liability
and waiver of certain legal rights.
IN
CONSIDERATION of being permitted to participate in any way in
shooting activities , I and/or my minor child, our personal representatives,
assigns, heirs, and next of kin:
1. ACKNOWLEDGE that target shooting has inherent risks, hazards
and dangers for anyone, that cannot be eliminated. I understand
that these risks, hazards and dangers include without limitation:
· The risk of handling firearms and being near others that have
firearms in their possession; · The risk of ear damage; eye damage;
burn hazards; · The risk of injury from ammunition; lead poisoning;
· The risk of tripping, stumbling while carrying equipment; ·
The risk of serious bodily injury, including permanent disability,
paralysis and death;
2.
FULLY UNDERSTAND the risks, hazards and dangers as described above.
I understand I have responsibilities. My participation in this
activity is purely voluntary. No one is forcing me to participate
in spite of the risks. I am voluntarily using the services of
Dead Bang Guns Automatics with full knowledge of the inherent
risks. These risks and dangers may be caused by me and/or my child’s
own actions, or inaction's, or the actions or inaction's of others
participating in the Activity. There maybe other risks and social
and economic losses either not known to me or not readily foreseeable
at this time.

HEREBY ACCEPT and assume all such risks, known and unknown, and
assume all responsibility for the losses, costs, and/or damages
following such injury, disability, paralysis, or death, even if
caused, in whole or in part, by the negligence of the “RELEASEES”
named below.

HEREBY RELEASE, discharge, and covenant not to sue Neal and Melissa
Seaman, their respective administrators, directors, coaches, officers,
officials, volunteers, and employees, other participants, any
sponsors, advertisers, and if applicable, owners and lessors of
premises on which the Activity takes place, (each considered one
of the “RELEASEES” Herein) From all liability, claims, demands,
losses, or damages on my account caused or alleged to be caused
in whole or in part by the negligence of the “RELEASEES” or otherwise,
including negligent rescue operations: and I further agree that
if, despite this RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF
RISK, AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT I and/or my minor child, or anyone
on my and/or my minor child’s behalf, makes a claim against any
of the Releasees, I WILL INDEMNIFY, SAVE, AND HOLD HARMLESS EACH
OF THE RELEASEES from any litigation expenses, attorney fees,
loss, liability, damage, or cost which may incur as the result
of such claim.
5.
I have read this agreement, fully understand its terms, understand
that I have given up substantial rights by signing it, and have
signed it freely and without any inducement or assurance of any
nature and intend it to be a complete and unconditional release
of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law and agree
that if any portion of this agreement is held to be invalid the
balance, notwithstanding, shall continue in full force and effect.

Payment
Option for customers who want to use a credit card: If your order
is placed with a distributor who accepts customer credit cards, you can
pay the distributor directly with your own card. This will cover the wholesale
cost of your item and the shipping to Dead Bang. Then you pay us the balance
-- our fee and either South Carolina state sales tax or shipping to your
FFL. The following above is for weapon sales not ammo. Ammo must be picked
up at the store.
