IF YOU DON'T PICK UP YOUR PAID FOR PURCHASES
I do not have a problem, if you inform me, that it will take some time for you to come pick up a PAID PURCHASE. Just a little consideration is asked, let me know if you cannot come to do the pick up and the items will be held for as long as you need them to be held.

We reserve the right to limit the sale of certain products.

All returns, that are in an unfired condition, are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Defective Merchandise returns must be made directly to the manufacturer for repair or replacement.

All claims for shortages or damaged goods must be made within 10 days.

Returned checks are subject to a $30.00 service charge.

If for any reason the Transferee is denied said weapon(s) from either Federal or State agencies, the said weapon(s) will stay in storage at Dead Bang Guns until it can be sold to a legitimate source. Upon sale of said weapon(s) to a legitimate customer, moneys for said weapon(s) (cost of gun, shipping, accessories, and SC tax), will be returned to original purchaser but the finding fee is nonrefundable.

We do not sell the following anti-gun companies' products:
Colt, T/C, Smith&Wesson, or Walther.

We will do a transfer on any brand gun but we will not partake in the outright sale of these guns.

I AM FULLY AWARE OF OTHER COMPANIES WHO HAVE WRONGED THE 2A SUCH AS BILL RUGER WITH HIS COMMENT ON MAGAZINES, WHICH HE LATER RENOUNCED, H&K, GLOCK, AND OTHERS. BUT TO ME THE ON-GOING BEHAVIORS OF S&W AND COLT SEEM THE MOST INSIDIOUS.

NO SOUTH CAROLINA SALES TAX ON YOUR PRODUCTS-THERE WILL BE A SHIPPING CHARGE ADDED BUT SINCE WE USE THE UNITED STATES POST OFFICE IT IS USUALLY $25.00 FOR HANDGUNS (INSURANCE AND CONFIRMATION RECEIPT INCLUDED).
The prices advertised reflect a 3% cash discount and are available to customers who pay by cash, check or money order. In other words, all prices quoted are the delivered cash price to us or your FFL's front door.
IMPORTANT *For those people who are concerned about your personal credit card information being stolen we can provide you with an invoice for you to fill out whereby none of your information is seen by us. Only the credit card company will know about the transaction and the information provided.
